Monitor financial news, policy changes, and economic markets to then summarize data on companies, industry sectors and potential opportunities. Work with team to synthesize data on market changes, new investment products and other developments that may affect markets and investment opportunities. Use financial modelling and financial analysis to support research reports, including forecasting, cost-benefit and statistical analysis. Maintain databases/spreadsheets of industry and company-specific data. Compile research findings to write summary reports, create visual representations of data and make presentations and recommendations to management and/or clients.
As a Behavioural Scientist you will work closely with our analysts and team to discover the motives and intentions of our clients and their customers. Collect, analyze and synthesize responses through surveys, benchmark studies, and online experiments (e.g. A/B testing). Utilize knowledge of group behaviour dynamics, psychological personality theory as well as cultural and socio-economic factors to help our team make informed decisions. Understand and incorporate complex technical, business, and strategic requirements into research. Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.

Once research and examination is complete, creation of innovative optimization strategies will take place for areas identified in research. Communication and pitch of ideas and work scope to clients. Work with marketing and business analytic tools to design and measure a proposed business plan over time. Present findings to clients with ongoing improvements and solutions to identified problems. Follow-up and client retention for long-term grown strategies and relationship management.
